Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for market research, lead generation, analyzing data, effective communication with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service.
About The Role
- Assist Sales Manager with developing sales and action plans, develop new business leads; prepare and service customer accounts
- Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers
- Perform competitive analysis, market research and product assessment
- Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships
- Analyze and report on sales performance and sales trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any.
- Proven experience in sales marketing, with at least 3 years of experience
- Great understanding of marketing, and the renewable energy industry and basic knowledge of finance
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and market research
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions
- Demonstrated lead generation experience
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of sustainable energy solutions is a plus
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is beneficial
- Can travel from time to time (Required)
- Dialect Familiarities (Bisaya/ Waray etc.) (Preferred)
