- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Analyze sales metrics and market data
to refine strategies and ensure continuous growth and profitability.Represent the company at industry events and conferences,
enhancing our brand presence and expanding our network. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role with a track record of exceeding sales targets.- Deep understanding of the Recruitment landscape, including key players, market trends, and challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives that align with company goals.- Recruitment experience is a plus but not required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong.
Preferably can start ASAP.
