Project Leads for both Government and Private- Meeting with possible clients
Bid Preparation mostly Technical portion, and help in Financial Bid components
- Know how to search Project Leads
Attend Biddings, clarification meetings and negotiations- Develop and implement sales strategies to pursue project contracts, including setting targets, timelines, and action plans
Meet existing and potential clients to understand their needs and to furnish construction solutions for Corporate offices, Retail, Industrial
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the construction, real estate or related industry.- A commitment to excellent customer service.
Strong time and management and organizational abilities to handle multiple clients and projects.
- Willing to travel around NCR and outside
