Qualifications:- Must have at least 3-5 years of related work experience in the related field.
Proven track record of success in a similar role.- Experience in overseas recruitment lead gen and client acquisition is highly preferred.
Possesses problem-solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment.
- Excellent oral and written communication and coordination skills.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify and explore existing and potential markets for our international recruitment services.
- Project Identification: Seek out and establish connections with new projects in countries with manpower needs.
Client Engagement:
Initiate contact with clients through email and phone to assess their interest in hiring manpower and address inquiries.Client Pre-Qualification:
Pre-qualify prospective clients to ensure alignment with our recruitment services.Client Presentations: Conduct initial presentations and negotiations with prospective clients to foster partnerships.
- Client Database Management: Regularly update the Client Database to maximize its effectiveness in business development.
Accreditation Support:
Assist in the accreditation process of Employers with DMW/POEA and MWO/POLO.Agreement Renewal:
Ensure the timely renewal of Recruitment Agreements and accreditation of Employers.Foreign Marketing Trips: Assist in planning international marketing trips, including client identification, meeting coordination, and client research.
