Job Responsibilities- Maintain and establish new partner and client relationships
Contribute to achieving sales targets and grow the brand with a customer-centric approach- Ensure continuous revenue streams through new project bookings and collections
Conversion of leads to sales
- Maintains and updates client records
Assist in Marketing initiatives to fulfill business needs- Suggest/Recommend strategies in terms of Marketing/BD processes applicable to the job function
Prepare presentations needed by BD/Marketing
- Assist in administrative tasks for BD/Marketing
Collaborate with other departments in terms of Marketing needs- Collaborates with the Business Development Manager/Business Owners and other outsourced assets for the development and implementation of the team process, new sales and marketing initiatives
Bachelor's Degree in any business-related courses- At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role and nature
Business modeling experience
- Professional level of communication skills
People, service, and results-oriented- Good sales instinct and numerical analysis
Can work maturely and independently
- Outgoing and with good interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable- Willing to do field work (within and outside Metro Manila) and meet clients
Willing to extend hours if the need arise
- Highly-organized problem-solver with initiative and self-motivation
Proficient in Google Suites
- All candidates must be willing to report to Pasig City office. This role is full-onsite, Mondays-Fridays 8AM-5PM.
