Job Purpose:
Responsible to expand market and developing water/wastewater related EPC, BOT & SES projects outside Luzon.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring projects outside Luzon with the supervision of the BD Director
- Working closely with BD Director in presenting the project to the management.
- Expand market outside Luzon.
- Generate more leads.
- Visit clients, partners, consultant etc.
- Responsible for updating database of partners for Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC), Build Operate Transfer (BOT) & Smart Environmental Solutions (SES).
- Gathering and updating information of prospect partners.
- Ensuring all necessary information should be in the database for easier.
- Responsible for providing competition information in the market.
- Making list of the competitors.
- Gather all information of the competitor
- Updating information of the database according to Projects, capacity, partner, budget, contract price, execution performance, etc.
- Responsible for monitoring, updating and project development of the project pipeline.
- Working closely with BD Director to strategically which project to follow.
- Ensuring the updated data for proper monitoring of the project.
- Gathering more information like competition, budget, partner etc.
- Preparing weekly report.
- Compiling Documents from Partners, Clients, and Consultants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of any course preferably Engineering or Marketing.
- With license (Engineering) is an advantage, but not required.
- At least 6-8 years experience in the water/wastewater treatment in the Municipal sector (MWSS or MWCI) or Industrial sector.
- Has strong network in the water/wastewater treatment sector in Mindanao area
- Preferably background in managing a team
- At least 2 big successful water-related PPP or BOT Projects and a small one, where applicant has shown involvement from conceptual stage until contract signature and aftersales.
- Knowledgeable with the process of preparing solicited and unsolicited offers.
- Advantage if applicant has experience in marketing new products and services to the market (e.g., Smart Solutions).
- Has a good sense of the competition landscape in the local market.
- Has strong sense of ownership in deliverable preparation.
- Willing to accept frequent travel (when conditions already allow).
