Job Qualifications- Bachelor's degree of any course preferably Engineering or Marketing
At least 6-8 years experience in the water/wastewater treatment sector;- At least 2 big successful water-related PPP or BOT Projects and a small one, where applicant has shown involvement from conceptual stage until contract signature and after sales.
Knowledgeable with the process of preparing solicited and unsolicited offers.
- Advantage if applicant has experience in marketing new products and services to the market (e.g.,Smart Solutions).
With good network in the water/wastewater treatment sector.- Has a good sense of the competition landscape in he local market.
Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Capable of working under minimal supervision and able to deliver outputs with good quality.- Has strong sense of ownership in deliverable preparation.
Good team player Able to work under pressure
- Willing to accept frequent travel (when conditions already allow).
Responsible for monitoring projects outside Luzon with the supervision of the BD Director.
- 1 Working closely with BD Director in presenting the project to the management.
1.2 Expand market outside Luzon.
1.4 Visit clients, partners, consultant etc
Responsible for updating database of partners for EPC,BOT & SES.- 2.1 Gathering and updating information of prospect partners.
2.2 Ensuring all necessary information should be in the database for easier.
Responsible for providing competition information in the market.
- 3.1 Making list of the competitors.
3.2 Gather all information of the competitor.- 3.3 Updating information of the database according to Projects, capacity, partner, budget, contract price, execution performance, etc.
Responsible for monitoring, updating and project development of the project pipeline.- 4.1 Working closely with BD Director to strategically which project to follow.
4.2 Ensuring the updated data for proper monitoring of the project.
- 4.3 Gathering more information like competition, budget, partner etc.
Responsible for doing weekly report, compilation of documents, liquidations, reimbursement related to cash advances from the company.
- 5.1 Preparing weekly report to the BD Director.
5.2 Preparing monthly reimbursement, liquidation due to the company.- 5.3 Compiling Documents from Partners, Clients and Consultants.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
