Role Overview:
In this role, you will develop and manage business opportunities, enhance our client relationships, and ensure that our sales strategies are aligned with AmzAllStars growth objectives. You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales management, CRM optimization, and system setups to support the company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
System Setup Sales Funnel / CRM
- Build & Implement Sales Funnel: Design, execute, and optimize the sales funnel to enhance lead generation and improve conversion rates, using data-driven strategies to refine sales tactics and methodologies.
- Develop and Maintain CRM: Design and optimize the CRM system to enhance lead generation and conversion. Continuously update and refine CRM strategies to stay aligned with industry standards and best practices, ensuring the database remains accurate and supports sales and marketing goals.
Outbound Sales Management
- Email and LinkedIn Cold Outreach: Execute targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns to attract new business, tailoring messages to align with client needs and trends.
- Competitor Outreach Strategy: Conduct market and competitor research to refine outreach tactics, ensuring messaging is effective and up-to-date.
- Refine Sales Materials: Continuously update outbound sales materials and scripts to maximize impact, leveraging industry insights.
- Create Sales Collateral: Customize sales presentations and materials to effectively communicate our value and distinguish us in the market.
- Follow-Up to Close: Implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads and guide them through the sales cycle, using personalized touchpoints.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Engage in networking events and platforms to expand connections and open new sales channels, maintaining visibility through industry events.
Inbound Sales Management
- Lead Management: Efficiently manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries using CRM tools like Intercom. Optimize customer interactions to increase conversion opportunities.
- Qualification and Segmentation: Qualify and segment leads, progressing them through the sales funnel to discovery calls, and closing clients.
- Prospecting Tools: Utilize tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation platforms to identify and engage potential clients.
Required Experience: (MUST Have)
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Sales Expertise: 5+ years of proven success in managing and closing high-value deals ($20,000+), with strong skills in both verbal and written communication.
- Enterprise Client Engagement: Demonstrated experience in developing and managing relationships with large U.S. enterprise clients.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English, essential for effective client and internal communication.
- Agency Sales Experience: Experience in U.S. agency sales, with a deep understanding of the U.S. market.
- Recruiting & Staffing Experience: Experience in the outsourcing, staffing, & recruiting companies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Sales Training: Certifications or specialized training in advanced sales techniques, including both outbound and inbound strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in eCommerce or related industries, with a deep understanding of digital sales, client acquisition, and market dynamics.
- CRM Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing and optimizing both inbound and outbound sales processes. Skilled in using sales automation tools to track leads, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer relationships.
- Inbound & Outbound Sales Management: Proficiency with tools like Intercom for managing inbound leads and optimizing conversion. Experience with a range of outbound strategies including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and utilizing prospecting tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- System Setup Experience: Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize sales funnels and CRM systems, ensuring they align with business growth objectives and support both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
