Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at SosaJB Property Management Corp. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and expand the client base.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance the company's service offerings and market reach.
Sales Management: Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the property management sector.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.

Employment Type: Full-time, Mon-Thurs (8:30am-6:30pm); (8:30am-5:30pm)
Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 50,000 with leaves, HMO and mandatory benefits
