Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of an exciting BPO startup company in Metro Manila. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Contract: Independent Contractor
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH); Flexibility in schedule is required
Commission: To be discussed during Interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries for BPO services.
- Generate leads through networking, online platforms, industry publications, and events.
- Create compelling marketing materials tailored to our target audience, and distribute them through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other strategic online platforms.
- Manage the entire cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Craft tailored proposals based on clients needs and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve profitable agreements.
- Maintain sales performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with the Management Team to enhance service offerings.
- Create marketing materials to be sent via email and posted on Linkedin and other available online platforms.
- Experience Required
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role in the BPO industry for at least 5 years.
- Extensive network of potential clients and a history of successful client engagements.
- Demonstrated success in sales and achieving revenue targets. Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
