The Business Development Manager focuses on leading and delivering initiatives to increase the Firm's market visibility, competitiveness, client leads, and revenue while supporting and encouraging the commercial culture within the Firm.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strengthen business intelligence to discover high potential prospective clients and other opportunities.
Coordinate with practice divisions and other units to advance the success of BD initiatives and other Firm activities.
Deliver and provide support and ad-hoc requests .

Lead and organize the development of client nurturing strategy and success.
Plan, participate and synergize the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic business development activities of the Firms.
Be on the pulse of new markets, customer needs, and regulatory changes to lead the conceptualization, study, and launch of new and improved services or products.
Build the Firm's industry program with the view of positioning the Firm's top of mind identity in key industries and market segments.
Conduct survey of client's requirements, organization, processes, and peculiarities and obtain client's general information sheet and evaluate the results to match service capabilities with client requirements.
Lead networking initiatives including organization of courtesy calls, participation in memberships, attending activities, recommending sponsorships, and organizing thought leadership sessions to boost visibility of the Firm.
Strategize, facilitate, and monitor the establishment of the reputation and standing of the Firm and Partners in key networks, markets segments, and industries.
Develop strategies to maximize existing relationship and create connections with targeted clients while projecting services that will best create value for them.
Nurture connections and follow through meetings with potential clients to increase requests for proposals and referrals.
Scrutinize and improve client-centered marketing materials, service placemats, brochures, and presentations that best speak to the needs of the clients and showcase the credentials and capabilities of the Firm
Create business case of client successes that can be used to demonstrate the Firm's business advisory role.
Guide the development and adoption of the targeting system and analyze activities that can increase win potential.
Lead the learning and development of the Firm's commercial culture by organizing clinics, sharing knowledge, and improving training programs.
Ensure that the BD hub is up to date with relevant resources.
Maintain and update network connections information database and organized documents in Sharepoint.
Promote positive team energy and guide and inspire team members towards excellence and productivity
Meet performance targets and required in the KPI's.

Establish, improve and document processes and readily give suggestions on policies.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Management, Social Studies, or other related fields;
Preferred competencies on data analytics, project management, research, and strategic partnerships and networking
Proficient in MS Tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
B2B experience is preferred;
