The Head of Business Development is responsible for managing existing inventory and expanding and driving growth for the
business which includes Site Acquisition and Permits, Project Construction and establishing partnerships. Below are the key
Functions And Responsibilities Associated To This Role
- Site Acquisition and Permits
Site Acquisition
- Expand the Summit Outdoor Media network by acquiring new sites (Large formats)
- Diversify inventories by securing contracts for small formats
- Explore other opportunities in other high traffic locations example: Airports, malls, etc.
Permits
- Ensure that all sites are compliant to permit requirements of LGUs
- Stay updated about local and national regulations governing Out of Home advertising ensuring that we are above board in all transactions with the LGUs.
- Project Management
- On time completion of construction projects within budget and with zero accidents.
- Define Key Performance Indicators to evaluate contractor performance. Monitor KPIs such as work completion rate, adherence to schedules and quality of work etc.
- Develop maintenance assessment for existing sites.
- Business Development
- Management of existing site owners - ensure on time renewal of site contracts and negotiate minimal increase on rent.
- Management for JV partnerships - ensure all partnerships have contracts and regular billing for JV partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities and potential areas for growth within the OOH Industry. This involves staying up to date with Industry Developments and competitive analysis.
- Identify and establish partnerships to expand the reach of Summit Outdoor Medias network.
- Grow the existing list of inventories and improve gross margin.
