Job Description

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales or sales information within the consumer .goods industry
Proficient in managing principal relationships
  • Exceptional data analytics skills.
Strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Business Analytics:
Employ cutting-edge analytical tools and methodologies to dissect market trends, decipher customer behaviors, and scrutinize competitive landscapes.
  • Translate complex data into comprehensive reports and analyses, highlighting business opportunities, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to transform data into strategic recommendations that drive decisive action.
  • 2. Data-Driven Sell in:
Develop and execute robust strategies to surpass sell-in targets.
  • Leverage historical sell-in data to forecast future trends, ensuring a finely tuned and data-driven approach to inventory management.
  • 3. Sales Information
: Curate, organize, and analyze sales information precisely, incorporating customer feedback, market insights, and competitor intelligence.
  • Keep stakeholders abreast of critical sales metrics, market dynamics, and potential challenges, fostering an informed and agile sales environment.
  • 4. Principal Management
: Create and execute comprehensive strategies to cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and potential high-value principals.
  • Manage ongoing principal relationships through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and account development activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and support in principal partnerships.
  • 5. Data-Driven Action Plans:
Transforming complex data into actionable insights, strategies, and initiatives that propel sales growth.
  • Implement and refine data-driven action plans to elevate sales, streamline processes, and overcome challenges, showcasing a commitment to continuous improvement.
