According to the company's business strategy, be responsible for the development and maintenance of distributors and channels in Spain market; formulate corresponding sales plans and complete sales targets;
Based on the current situation of the Spanish market, cooperate with the headquarters to formulate product, pricing, channel and marketing strategies for the Spain offline market; regularly follow up on the implementation and review of the strategy;
Regularly maintain distributors and channel relationships, assist distributors in developing and maintaining channels relationships, improve clients satisfaction, and increase channel brand exposure and proportion;
Pay attention to market demand, understand industry competitive product dynamics and market trend information, and formulate more localized brand promotion strategies.
Job Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in brand development of consumer electronics/IT products;
Be familiar with the consumer electronics industry in Spain market, have experience in successful cooperation with major local distributors and channels;
Keen market insight and experience in products, channels, customer management, and sales; those with successful brand operation experience will be priority;
Have mature market analysis capabilities, customer management, marketing planning capabilities, and decision-making judgment;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish;
Sincere and dedicated, proactive, good at communication, strong problem-solving ability, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
