The Business Development Manager will drive the growth of the business by developing, planning and executing strategies that will help increase and sustain business sales and forge strong client relationship. - Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with GM and team to set develop and/or implement sales strategies for the organization.
- 2. Promote and sell company's products and services.
- 3. Develop and execute strategy that will ensure customer satisfaction.
- 4. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- 5. Arrange business meeting with prospective clients.
- 6. Prepare Sales Contracts in accordance to company standards and goals.
- 7. Increase and maintain sales targets by developing and promoting products and active client sourcing.
- 8. Conducts research to update knowledge on Market trends and customer needs
- 1. Willing to work on weekends and Holidays
- 2. Preferable and graduate of any Business or marketing course or any course related to the industry.
- 3. Has previously worked in the same industry for at least 2-3 years.
- 4. Excellent Business Operations skills
- 5. Can generate sales leads
- 6. Can do customer/client calls if needed
- 7. Can manage and supervise more than 1 store.
- 8. Excellent Communication Skills
- 9. Leadership, Organizational and Planning Skills
- 10. Has strong network and connections to generate leads.
- 11. Excelleny in MS Office Applications (especially EXCEL and PowerPoint)
