Proven experience in business development or sales within IT recruitment or related IT services.- In-depth knowledge of IT recruitment processes, technologies, and industry trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the IT sector.
