Qualifications At least 2-3 years of experience with finding and closing leads with partners
Ideally with extensive list of contacts in real estate industry
Has a bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Has strong written and verbal skills in English and Filipino
Has a proactive and pleasing personality
Okay for a 6 months project based
Primary role: acquire property sellers (brokers and property owners) to provide target number of listings
Create partner acquisition plan for large brokerage firms and independent realtors to meet aggressive growth targets
Liaise with partners (brokers, property owners, and developers) and Housify team
Pitch to large developers, brokerages, realtors, and marketing partners for opportunities to collaborate
Respond to seller concerns and assist with setting up accounts on Housify
