Qualifications- At least 2-3 years of experience with finding and closing leads with partners
Ideally with extensive list of contacts in real estate industry- Has a bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Has strong written and verbal skills in English and Filipino
- Has a proactive and pleasing personality
Primary role: acquire property sellers (brokers and property owners) to provide target number of listings
- Create partner acquisition plan for large brokerage firms and independent realtors to meet aggressive growth targets
Liaise with partners (brokers, property owners, and developers) and Housify team- Pitch to large developers, brokerages, realtors, and marketing partners for opportunities to collaborate
Respond to seller concerns and assist with setting up accounts on Housify
