Position: Business Development Manager (Cebu)
Location: Cebu
Work Setup: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Manage client acquisition and retention for corporate accounts in a B2B environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and senior management.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition (Corporate Accounts) B2B.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
