Job Description

We're seeking a Business Development Manager for GUSSY Desing based in BGC. They have a hybrid work setup that requires you to report to the office on some days, while the rest of the week is home-based work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and a passion for interior design and e-commerce. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the interior design or e-commerce industry.
Strong network of contacts within the industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and identify business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php35,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Sales: 1 year (Required)
Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
  • English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
