Responsible for achieving company's annual targets by increasing revenue through generation of leads.
Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with HQ support teams to ensure growth attainment and customer satisfaction.
Establish and cultivate on-going relationships with key clients to gain thorough understanding of customer needs.
Plan and manage the full relationship between the business and its key corporate account.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Participate in a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
Maintain relationships and negotiate contracts and prices in accordance with the overall sales strategy.
Conduct sales pitch / presentations. Ensure coverage and market penetration.
Provide after-sales support including service performance review, contract renewal negotiations, process improvement etc.
Build and strengthen business relations with respective strategic customers, Chinese Business Associations and Chinese organizations
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines.
At least 3-5years experience in Enterprise Selling in Telecom Industry preferably ICT/BPO/Manufacturing and SI Partners. Enterprise Customer exposure is a plus.
Knowledge of telecommunication sales, business development, marketing and channel sales skills.
Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
Willing and able to travel abroad.
