Formulate and implement strategies for the acquisition of new clients and retention of existing ones; build strategic partnerships to increase profitability of the business.
Hold meetings with prospective clients for presentation of business proposal; attend events and conduct oculars in order to gain prospects.
Identify the needs of prospective clients and tailor-fit the company's services to their needs.
Understand the pain points of existing clients and do a monthly business analysis to be reviewed by the HR department head.
Submit quarterly business reviews and annual report for review and approval by the HR department head.
Develop and review policies and processes to meet the demands of the business.
Initiate and partake in key HR projects to support the achievement of the HR strategy.
Partner with the Legal Department to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks in relation to running the business.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
