COREPROC, INC. is currently hiring Business Development Manager Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other efforts.
- Develop and implements strategic sales plans and generates business leads
Create and execute strategic sales programs to meet or exceed targets.- Create and confidently deliver presentations internally and externally;
Identify client business needs and difficulties and translate into technical specifications / customized solutions as part of design and development frame
- Structure and produce compelling sales proposals/technical documentation outlining business benefits to clients;
Negotiate and conclude contracts with clients to ensure smooth project delivery.- Work with Project Management Office to articulate client requirements to ensure smooth transition from Sales Team to Project Team, and meet deliverables according to proposed timeline
Work with technical team to tailor solutions for clients and deliver recommendations effectively.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation, including but not limited to presentation materials, minutes, reports, proposals, review, forecasts
Build and manage productive client relationships to generate new / repeat business with existing client.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.- At least 3 years work experience in IT Sales.
Demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT/software development sector
- Ability to demonstrate services and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge;
Strong knowledge of software development methods and technologies is a plus- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate both independently and cooperatively in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrates a results-oriented approach and strives to surpass sales targets.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools.

NOTE: All applicants will undergo a Preliminary Interview. Shortlisted applicants who pass the Preliminary Interview will then be scheduled for a technical interview. Technical interviews to be done through MS Teams on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons between 2pm-4pm.
Schedule of work at our company is 9am-6pm on Mondays-Fridays. Our office is located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. Successful candidates will be required to report in the office on a hybrid set up.
