- Identify and explore key accounts in defined industries or segments, gaining insights into market positions, business portfolios, investment structures, and organizational structures.
Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, enhance customer adoption and satisfaction, manage contract negotiations, and drive strategic partnerships.- Define commercial models and develop engagement strategies with business partners, focusing on nurturing existing accounts.
Lead client negotiations, propose solutions to CXOs and evaluation committees, and act as the primary client contact for all deal-progression activities. Maintain executive-level interactions with strategic alliances, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for delivering value to customers.
Manage multiple opportunities concurrently.- Stay informed on competition, competitive issues, and products.
Meet assigned sales, revenue targets, and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources, including sales, solution, and service teams, to meet performance objectives and requirements.
- Business Skills Requirements:
Knowledge in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale IT technology deals.
- Sales and target-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Operates as an expert and sales lead in areas of IAAS, PAAS, SAAS cloud integration, and cloud-native technology.- Maintains a high level of domain knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects.
Ability to develop pursuit strategies and support new business opportunities.
- Mandarin speaker is a plus
