About the Role:
Key Role: Responsible for promoting business growth on the specific carried brand and in
the Enterprise market. Actively develop the business by building new customer portfolio,
identifying opportunities to increase the company's profitability.
Generate revenue and increase market share by maintaining
existing customer base and developing new ones.
Communicate to prospective clients the value proposition and
advantages of the products and services offered, ensure proper
endorsement to partner resellers and monitor development until
the opportunity is close.
Be proactive in client's needs, inquiries and respond in a timely
fashion.
Build strong relationship with partner resellers, outside business
contacts and company stakeholders.
Work with the internal team to create and articulate compelling
value propositions to partners.
Define the product/brand vision and roadmap; work closely with
Sales and Marketing and design programs to ensure that
company goals and customer satisfaction are met.
Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, prospects,
presentations, case studies and testimonials.
Provide useful insights and needed analysis to support product
portfolio planning.
Evaluate the market, competition and establish product pricing to
maximize profit and long-term sales goals.
Be active in participating on industry forums, clients discussions,
webinars and conferences as the representative of the business
unit.
Responsible in engaging vendors in strategy sessions with partner
resellers and/or end-users.
Participate in strategic meetings with the vendor that involves
the product that they work with, to drive accountability and
monitor performance.
Solve vendor issues as they arise, assist in escalating to other
concerned departments.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in order to
generate high volume of prospective clients and referrals.
Supervise the client relationships management database and
utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing list.
Ensure the accuracy of sales or clients data and records, keep it
up-to-date, validated and reviewed.
Maintain collaboration with the team and other departments on
related fields such as marketing, support, others to improve
overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Present sales performance analysis, profit and expenses reports,
monthly/quarterly forecast to business head during monthly
performance review and planning.
Ensure compliance and practice of company policies, values and
standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience of on a similar role.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
