DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Increase SOIL COMPACTOR market share
Awareness in competitor's products, pricing, and market statistics and strategies
Manage business P&L
Collaborate with the finance department on all financial matters.
- Maximize financial profitability through value-based selling.
Plan and execute business actionable and sales goals.- Plan, execute, and prioritize sales activities to convert potential inquiries into orders.
Initiate strongly and implement marketing and sales activities.
- Create strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify and develop new customers.- Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with product specialists locally and principal companies.
- Participate in promotional activities, i.e., exhibitions, marketing, and product presentations.
Awareness of competitors products, pricing, and market statistics- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Area of coverage: Nationwide
- To be assigned in Golden Mile, Carmona, Cavite
- KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record in consultative selling and providing complex solutions
Working as Product Manager, Business Development Manager and related role in Road Construction, Heavy Equipment, and related industries is an advantage but not required- Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Willing to travel locally and overseas
Open-minded and a team player- Excellent knowledge of computer application
Detail-oriented, pay attention to details
- Customer relationship-oriented
Good driver and have a valid driving license
