QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required Skill(s): Excellent Network of Mall Leasing Officers and contractors
- Has Keen Eyes for recommendation on Potential Store Sites in Malls and Outside
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
- Willing to travel within the Philippines
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source potential/feasible location for stores expansion
- Coordinates and negotiates with malls regarding Lease Terms
- Consistently secure and recommend new market opportunities and profitable sites.
- Coordinate with contractor and suppliers of fixture until project is done
- Develop and present pitches for potential sites and malls
- Complete the documentation required for the site acquisition and keep record of all contracts.
- Helped develop and implement growth strategies and opportunities.
- Process and monitor refunds of construction bond, security deposit and payment dues
- Will eventually hire, train and set up sales team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- San Juan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
