Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet sales targets and growth goals.
Identify and target new business opportunities across various sectors.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close sales deals aligned with profitability targets.- Collaborate with marketing and sales to create and implement promotional strategies.
Represent the company at industry events and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of business activities and sales pipeline in CRM.
Provide regular performance and market insight reports to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 3-5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in pest control, agriculture, or chemical distribution.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
