Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and growing business relationships
- Experience in the franchise industry, particularly in engaging with franchise owners and developing franchise networks
Previous experience in a managerial role, leading a team and driving performance metrics- Strong understanding of sales processes, client acquisition strategies, and business development principles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with franchise owners and clients
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic business plans
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City (Eastwood area)
