Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have been in the e-commerce industry for the past years and with his own clients base, leveraging their expertise to forge strategic partnerships . Business Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in expanding our social media presence and driving business growth.
ABOUT THE JOB
Increase the brand's awareness especially its online presence by attending events and network functions to promote the brand and to create new business leads.
Conducts market research and identify emerging trend and competitive threats and new business opportunities for the company especially in online platforms (Shopee, TikTok and Lazada).
Create business plan and leads team members to ensure KPI's and targets are being archive
Prepares and present business proposals to current and future e-commerce partners.
Build and Maintain business strategic partnership with cooperate partners, affiliates, content creators. Multi-Channel Network (MCN) & TikTok Shop Partner (TSP)
Analyzation of data for marketing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills: verbal and written
Composure to handling stressful situation
With good negotiation skills and with a wide network
Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
