- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE LIVE-STREAMING INDUSTRY
Be well-versed in the overall growth system for agencies and broadcasters, capable of handling agencies introduction, signing, and management.
- Possess basic understanding and interest in the live chatting and voice chatting room ecosystem in the Latin American regions, and can conduct market research and industry analysis independently.
Develop and implement a live broadcasting content framework in the Latin American region, adapting operational strategies in response to market changes promptly.- Have fundamental data analysis skills to drive decisions and judgments based on data.
- At least one year of experience in agency and broadcaster operations.
Open-minded, self-driven, logical, highly responsible, meticulous, with excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- A self-starter capable of multitasking and maintaining a get-it-done attitude.
Skilled in strategic communications, with a focus on execution and acting with urgency.
