Job Description

Qualifications: With extensive and solid 2-3 years of experience in merchandising/marketing/sales
  • Effective Merchandising Implementation:
Execute the directions and requirements from the Field Operations Manager and the Management of brands across all the assigned accounts and provide timely communication to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Implement good trade execution such as promotions, activation, and POSM deployment.
Provide feedback and propose actions to the Operations Supervisor to align with the Field Operations Manager and trade marketing department regarding the challenges in execution.
  • Execute high On-shelf availability, proper facings, and placement of Must-carry line SKUs across all accounts.
Guarantees product displays meet the highest standards across all outlets, contributing to a positive brand image and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Implements and upholds merchandising standards by collaborating with support groups by coordinating with the operations supervisor and field operations manager and coordinating with third-party agencies to ensure precise execution.
Compliance with reports such as Trax, Heimdall, OSA, ISA, etc.
  • 2. Sales Achievement Support:
Compiles the critical and unavailable SKUs on accounts.
  • Coordinating with the store managers and escalating to the sales team (if not resolved) to correct the system vs. actual inventory to process replenishment.
Process Suggested Orders of SKUs on the door level.
  • Provide the list of critical and unavailable SKUs to the Operations Supervisor, then align with the Sales team to process the Purchase Order.
  • 3. Comprehensive Account Coverage:
Improves store supervision by conducting thorough store checks and visits, ensuring a strategic approach to enhance overall retail performance.
  • Manages a designated area/territory, ensuring in-depth knowledge of all assigned accounts.
  • 4. Administrative Requirements & Asset Management:
Provide management with insightful information through regular reports, encompassing call cards, monthly coverage plans, weekly activity reports, volume plans, and expense reports.
  • Safeguards, maintains, and optimizes the utilization of all company assets allocated to the territory.
