Identify and secure strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.
- Event Planning and Execution:
Plan, organize, and execute events that drive customer engagement and increase foot traffic to the cafe.- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and in-store promotions.
Ensure seamless event operations, from planning to post-event analysis.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales efforts.
Work closely with the management team to identify new revenue opportunities and areas for growth.
- Promotions and Campaigns:
Create and execute innovative promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.- Collaborate with the marketing team to design marketing materials and promotional content.
Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
