Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative promotions and events.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Development:
Identify and secure strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.
  • Event Planning and Execution:
Plan, organize, and execute events that drive customer engagement and increase foot traffic to the cafe.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and in-store promotions.
Ensure seamless event operations, from planning to post-event analysis.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales efforts.
Work closely with the management team to identify new revenue opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Promotions and Campaigns:
Create and execute innovative promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design marketing materials and promotional content.
Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use insights from research to inform business development strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
