Job Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the
growth of our IT recruitment and staffing services. Your primary responsibility
will be to acquire new clients, build long-term business relationships, and
manage the end-to-end sales process. This role requires a proactive approach
to identify opportunities in the IT sector and work closely with clients to meet
their recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for potential clients in the IT industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and hiring
managers.
Develop customized staffing solutions that align with client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of recruitment
services.
Stay updated on market trends and competitive intelligence.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company revenue
growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally
in IT recruitment/staffing.
Strong understanding of IT industry trends and staffing needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
