Role:
- Develop, execute and oversee strategic initiatives the drives grow and aligns with the objective of the company.
Develop specifications of Maccaferri solutions within contract documentation, thereby optimizing the company's opportunity to supply the project.- Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients and participate in collaborative business meeting to update key stakeholders.
Monitor the status of key projects in every stages until award.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Consultants, Contractors, Local Authorities, Public Utilities, and Developers.
Protect and maintain the Company's Commercial interests in offering solutions to the market.- Maintain good working relationships with key government institutions (DOTr, DPWH, DENR, MGB) and private companies.
Pursue leads and contracts to generate technical, material, and construction inquiries and follow up on existing inquiries and leads.
- Participate and be active in professional organizations and maintain and develop relationships within the group.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Must have good sales and marketing skills developed through previous experience in a similar field.
Knowledgeable int the market sector he is responsible for.- Ability to develop and make professional presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Competency in relationship development and opportunity identification.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Planning, or a related discipline. Candidates with a background in Engineering or a technical discipline will be well-regarded.
MUST have a business development/sales experience.- At least 5 years of experience in construction related industries.
Has at least 2 years of technical/ relevant experience related to the job
- Experience with DPWH and government projects is desirable, but not required.
