We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Consultant to join our team, specializing in business development, SDR (Sales Development Representative), and Account Management. The Consultant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the outsourcing industry.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  • Focus on client acquisition in the Australian and US markets.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
Understand client needs and tailor customized outsourcing solutions to meet their business objectives.

Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable agreements that align with company goals.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market positioning, service offerings, and pricing strategies. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, people & culture, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 5+ years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the outsourcing industry.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing services and market dynamics, particularly in the Australian and US markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
