The Business Development and Brand Manager shall be tasked with initiating business development strategies, new ideas on product sales improvement and market penetration , and planning frameworks with the end goal of contributing to business profit and sales revenue expansion , increasing product market opportunities, building brand strategies, creating business partnerships and harmonizing sales and marketing initiatives for brands.
Business Development
Job Objective:
- Build market position by locating, defining, developing and closing new key client sales accounts and business relationships.
- Work with the sales team on new key client account development and monitor the maintenance and proliferation of such key client business accounts.
- Operationalize Business Opportunities by Closing new business deals with due diligence, coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating / communicating approved project requirements with business operations and all stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and identify innovative , trendsetting ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Screen potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, pricing potentials and financials.
- Examine risks and potentials for all proposed business opportunities.
- Estimate prospective clients or partners potential, compatibility , goals and competencies.
- Locate, initiate and propose potential business collaboration and partnerships to the company management.
- Explore overall business opportunities and prepare corresponding business plans for identified projects for approval by the company management.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
- Enhance organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new project implementation.
- Protect the company's value by keeping all information confidential.
Brand Management
The Brand Management function is focused in creating strategies that constantly improve brand sales and market positioning. This involves overseeing advertising, marketing and product design, pricing strategies, and overall sales penetration initiatives of specific brands. The position is also responsible for conducting competitor scans and making sure that product branding is consistent across all advertising campaigns and programs.
Job Objective
- Enforce and communicate the company's vision and mission in all product branding initiatives.
- Meet the yearly Brand Sales targets.
- Strategize, Create the yearly Brand Marketing and Sales Plan.
- Operationalize and implement the approved brand marketing plans among the different company stakeholders.
- Work , collaborate with the Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and Cost Accounting Teams.
Build a cohesive brand marketing approach across all market segments by overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Establish brand sales performance measurements, specifications, cost and pricing parameters for all market segments ( B2B, B2C, Retail, Ecommerce, Resellers & Dealers) other and market applications.
- Translate, operationalize brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies at the same time devise innovative brand growth strategies
- Lead creative market sales strategies that will motivate the Brand's target market audience to take action and buy.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities.
- Work with the Sales Team in monitoring brand sales performance and monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Align the company around the brand's direction, plans and strategies.
