JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The primary role of a Business Development Associate involves solidifying relationships with existing clients and developing new clients inside Government Agencies. The candidate must be resourceful and able to develop a well-defined time management process in order to progress the vision of the Company.
- Build Client Relations. In order to expand the market, Business Development Associates work to form new
- Client relationships and strengthen existing clients to forge new opportunities. They must oversee customer service and ensure regular contact with clients to maintain company's relationship with them. Conduct market research and explore new business opportunities.
- Satisfy the responsibilities of expanding the company's market and customer base and promote Civilian Loan product.
- nWork closely with sales and marketing team to form strategies that targets specific audiences to grow sales and broaden their market inside target Agencies.
- Work closely with collection team for the maintenance of the account.
- Identify potential contacts and verifiers and create schedule for proper orientation.
- Acquisition of Government listings and recommend amount of payment for each listings to Management for approval.
- Create effective itinerary and action plans for getting sales leads or prospect clients.
- Generate necessary reports to track performance.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year business course (Undergraduate is accepted provided that he/she has at-least 4 years job related experience)
- At-least 1 year experience in sales and marketing (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
Honest and Trustworthy Will to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon city (HEAD OFFICE)
