Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients by understanding their hiring needs and presenting recruitment solutions.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients for long-term partnerships.
• Drive sales by promoting recruitment services, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in hiring practices.
• Expand the client base, enter new markets, and increase company presence in recruitment.
• Network within the industry, attend events, and connect with potential clients or partners.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to align with client needs and company goals.
• Create proposals showcasing recruitment capabilities.
• Analyze metrics to assess recruitment strategies and make improvements.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality services and addressing concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 or 2 year experience in Sales
• With knowledge in Recruitment setup or Manpower services
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
