You'll be our eyes and ears on the street, scouting out high-traffic areas with a booming market that perfectly complements our delicious offerings.
Conduct thorough research and exploration to locate potential commercial spaces for our Food Truck and Kiosk.- Analyze foot traffic, demographics, and competition to identify locations with the highest potential for success.
Negotiate lease terms and contracts with property owners and managers.
- Maintain detailed records of potential locations and communication with property contacts.
Assist with obtaining necessary permits and approvals for new locations.- Be willing to travel to various locations within the designated area.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, real estate, or a related field (or demonstrably transferable skills).- Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a willingness to commute to various locations.- Passion for food and a strong understanding of current food trends.
Experience in the food truck or kiosk industry.- Knowledge of local demographics and market trends.
Excellent photography and videography skills (to showcase potential locations).
