Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Research new potential quality leads and prospects
• Arrange and coordinate business meetings with prospective clients
• Research, develop, and implement new line and offline sales opportunities
• Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the pipeline and assist in lead-generation strategies
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships across the lighting industry
• Collaborate directly with Technical, Sales and marketing Teams for corporate campaigns, sales strategies, and brand executions
• Proactively manage client liaising, build and expand contacts database, with the aim to maintain good and healthy business relationships with them

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course with preference in business management, marketing and technical courses
• At least 2 years of experience as Business Development Associate or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can work minimal supervision and with initiative and commitment
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
• Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
• Well organized and structured working style
• Good team player
