Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in office administration, supply chain management, logistics, or engineering a plus
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs
- At least 1 year experience in business development or supply chain management or similar role
- Resourcing (in any industry/manufacturing)
- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig (One Park Drive)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Plus 5,000 and HMO upon regularization, Birthday Incentive
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzing supply chain processes and recommending improvements to increase efficiency or reduce costs
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to safety, security, environmental protection, etc.
- Analyzing customer demand forecasts to determine how much product should be produced and in what time frame
- Reviewing data on current inventory levels to identify any shortages or overages
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure they are meeting quality standards and can deliver products on time
- Creating reports about supply chain activities such as cost analysis, distribution analysis, feasibility studies, etc.
- Managing inventory levels by ordering additional supplies when needed or selling excess inventory to reduce out-of-stock situations
- Managing the purchase of raw materials for manufacturing products or services through contracts with suppliers
- Determining the best method for transporting goods from one location to another based on time requirements and cost considerations.
- Experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG)
