SPECIFICATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
-Assist in transmittal of memoranda and correspondences
-Assist in lead generation thru cold calls, internet research and other data mining activities
-Assist in following thru Business Development Officer's initiatives including but not limited to lead generation, appointment-setting, pipeline pursuit and account closing strategies.
-Assist in the preparation of regular reports such as Scorecard, Status Report, and the like
-Compile OB
-related documentation such as Itinerary, OB Form, Call Report, Minutes, etc.
-Assist in the preparation of presentation materials
-Assist in the preparation of Minutes during departmental meetings
-Assist in the processing of contracts and related documentation.

QUALIFICATION
-Bachelor's Degree holder of any Business
-related course
-Must have at least one-year experience in general office work
