Job Description:This position involves leading and supporting the commercial success of SLDG's business in the Philippines within the assigned channel and delivering on overall revenue goals/business targets. They will be responsible for market research, analyzing industry trends, and contributing to the company's expansion plans as well as providing business partners and customers with avenues of growth through the services and businesses of SLDG. As a key member of our team, they will help drive innovation, identify potential partnerships and customers, and ensure the company's continued success.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.- Attend sales inquiries/ quotations and respond to RFI/RFQs/ RFP.
Assist in contract management and negotiations.
- Build strong relationships and promote products and services with customers and suppliers.
- Product and Client Management
Develop a thorough understanding of products and provide solutions to clients.
- Craft sales presentations that creatively and distinctly differentiate and communicate with targeted prospects.
- Market Research and Planning
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth, particularly in Enterprise Business.
- Revenue Growth and Support
Contribute to revenue growth efforts by acquiring new accounts and achieving targets.
- Support the development and execution of marketing sales, and business development plans under senior management guidance.
- Performance Monitoring and Compliance
Assist in managing budget plans, sales targets, and sales pipeline management.
- Provide regular updates on account status, and closing plans, and contribute annual sales forecasts.
Participate in establishing and supporting the Key Account governance framework.- Ensure compliance with partner agreements and monitor regulatory requirements in the local market.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.- With 4 to 7 years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or sales is preferable.
Knowledgeable in Project Management, Budgeting, and Marketing/Branding.
- Strong communication skills and adaptive learning to new technologies related to the job function.
Results-oriented with a desire to contribute to achieving sales targets.- Can handle negotiations between suppliers, renewing, and prospective clients.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (e.g., Salesforce)
Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines.- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
Having experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
