Position Objective:- To ensure a continuous development of valued clients and streamline the process of business development proposals, making sure that the proposals reflect the values and strengths of the Company and within the required standards
At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (background in environmental management studies is an advantage).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing field
Good negotiation skills, selling ability and ability to handle customer complaints- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to travel (mostly local)
- Hardworking, dependable, highly motivated and requires little supervision
Competence with Microsoft Office applications (as a minimum: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Position Responsibilities:
Identify and profile target clients and new business opportunities- Maintain good relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
Render good rapport and effective communication skills in handling telephone calls, customer inquiry, messages, information dissemination, etc.
- Visits potential and existing clients
Conducts technical and detailed presentation of services to prospect companies- Negotiates with clients on prices and terms and conditions of DMPI services.
Conducts plant visits and inspection at client location, DMPI facility and other site as required by client (e.g., subcontractor facilities)
- Prepares business proposals, quotation, and contracts for prospective projects for approval of the Marketing Director/Marketing Manager
Prepares sales reports and maintain accurate customer records- Review and evaluate sales performance and presents strategies/options to achieve sales targets/improve sales performance.
Deals with other external parties (e.g., DENR-EMB, subcontractors, waste transporters, etc.) in relation to client and company requirements when necessary
- Represents the company during exhibits, events, promotions, plant visits, authorized meetings, etc.
Delivers to client's contracts, invoices, billings, and other related documents.
