Business Development & Relationships Associate We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where you will be an integral part of our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and business development, as well as a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through strategic research and market analysis.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Handle negotiations with major endorsers, media partners and KOLs to secure favorable terms and agreements that align with client objectives and brand strategies
- Develop, manage, and regularly update a comprehensive master Excel file documenting all Public Affairs (PA) relationships, including contact information, contract details, and key engagement metrics.
Collaborate closely with brand-specific teams, offering support and actively participating in brainstorming sessions for specific campaigns to ensure alignment with client objectives and brand strategies that drive business growth.- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
- Act as the primary liaison and lead contact for all major endorsers, nurturing and maintaining strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwares (e.g., Salesforce).

Monthly Base Salary+Allowance: Php 25,000 + Transportation Allowance
