Responsibilities:
- Develop a pool of trainers for the training center, ensuring compliance with certification requirements.
Create a soft skills curriculum or establish partnerships with providers to complement the technical refrigeration curriculum.- Identify gaps in training content and materials, updating them to enhance staff productivity.
Design a training calendar for basic (for clients and outsiders) and intermediate (for CCI technicians) levels, anticipating future training needs and developing corresponding curricula.
- Implement post-training tests to evaluate the efficacy of training strategies.
Devise a marketing strategy to promote the training center to LGUs/PESO Offices.- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor developments, continually researching methods and techniques in workplace training.
Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience in analyzing company needs, lesson planning, and executing training programs.
Proficiency in creating effective instructional materials.
- Comprehensive understanding of business objectives and customer service standards.
Strong communication skills, capable of interfacing with senior management and various departments.- Experience in developing annual training plans and materials.
Ability to efficiently organize and oversee multiple training initiatives concurrently.
