JOB DESCRIPTION:A Business Development and Client Services Associate will play a pivotal role in developing business strategies, improving enrollment, and optimizing client services. His/her adaptability and collaborative approach will contribute significantly to addressing attrition concerns, streamlining admissions, and fortifying client relations.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with heads of Academic Units and other offices across all campuses to develop and execute a business development plan.
- Devise innovative strategies to enhance enrollment.
Monitor and analyze factors affecting enrollment stability, implementing plans to address attrition and improve overall student retention.- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives with the Strategic office to enhance overall strategic planning cycles
Regularly coordinate with the Marketing and Communication Office in preparing materials for public information on special or specific programs and plans to support enrollment initiatives.
- Regularly liaise with Academic Units to gather information for prompt and accurate responses to inquiries from prospective students.
Collaborate with Academic Units to identify future steps and proactively address potential challenges in enrollment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus- Has experience in business development, marketing, and client services coordination.
