Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Business Developer at Energi. A Business Developer with experience in introducing a company to other partners, especially within the realms of NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens) and Blockchain technology, plays a crucial role in the strategic expansion and innovation of a company. This professional is tasked with identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering relationships, and building collaborations that leverage the cutting-edge capabilities of blockchain and NFTs. Their work is pivotal in navigating the company through the complexities and opportunities of digital assets and decentralized technologies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
Job Overview
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the blockchain and NFT spaces.
- Analyze competitors and potential partners to understand the market landscape and identify unique value propositions.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets and establishing a presence in the blockchain and NFT ecosystems.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure offerings are aligned with market needs and opportunities.
Partnership Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with other companies, NFT artists, blockchain platforms, and relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnership terms and collaborations that benefit both parties and contribute to the company's strategic goals.
Project Management:
- Oversee projects from conception through to execution, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Education and Advocacy:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on blockchain and NFTs within the company.

- Advocate for the adoption of blockchain technologies and NFTs in various forums, conferences, and publications.
Performance Measurement:
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business development activities.
- Analyze data to refine strategies and improve outcomes over time.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Experience: Several years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of introducing companies to new partners and markets. Specific experience in blockchain and NFT projects is highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency markets, and the regulatory landscape.
