Responsible for coordinating and implementing risk management initiatives with functional business units to facilitate risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and reporting.
Conduct training and awareness program with stakeholders on Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
Build and maintain the company's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and lead the regular BCP testing.
Serve as the company's Safety Officer and spearhead the Occupational Safety and Health initiatives.
Gather monthly reports on the company's Work Accident Illness Report (WAIR) as required by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Assist in ensuring compliance to risk management requirements by local-and-group level.
Facilitate Risk Management Awareness and Training initiatives across the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in either Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Systems / Security or related field
1-2 year(s) work experience either in risk management, internal audit or business continuity
Knowledge about risk management framework for financial institutions, credit bureaus, operational controls, and risk-based methodologies
Good level of English both spoken and written
Work experience from FinTech, financing, lending companies or banks
Can work independently with minimal supervision
